About This Project

Purgatory is a trailer for a non-existing film. Shot at night inside the installation The Perfect Stage, a person awakes and finds herself dead. Short sequences shot in daylight in nature show a group of people engaged in mystical procedures, are understood to be projections of a seemingly perfect  world  in a past  or future life. The film as a totality will never exist, like perfection and death can never be fixed nor understood. Studio Kokos made the intro graphic, film identity and credits block.
